The prostate is the central a part of a male's reproductive system. It secretes fluids that assist the transportation and activation of sperm. The prostate is situated just before the rectum, below the bladder and around the urethra. When there is prostate problem, it is almost always really miserable and inconvenient to the patient as his urinary method is directly affected.

The common prostate health conditions are prostate infection, enlarged prostate and prostate type of cancer.

Chronic bacterial prostatitis is often a condition of a particular defect inside the gland and also the persistence presence of bacteria in the urinary tract. It can be brought on by trauma towards the urinary tract or by infections originating from other parts from the body. A patient may go through testicular pain, lower back pains and urination problems. Although it is uncommon, it may be treated by removal from the prostate defect then the utilization antibiotics and NSAIDs to treat the inflammation.

Non-bacterial prostatitis makes up about approximately 90% coming from all prostatitis cases; however, researchers have not even to ascertain the cause of these conditions. 2. Some studies claim that several ejaculations per week will help to prevent prostate cancer.

3. Eat beef without excess. It has been shown that consuming a lot more than four meals of beef every week will raise the probability of prostate diseases and cancer.

4. Maintain a proper diet with cereals, vegetable and fruits to make sure sufficient intake of nutrients required for prostate health.

The most critical measure to consider to be sure a healthy prostate would be to go for regular prostate health screening. If you are forty years and above, you must go for prostate examination at least annually.

na svůj první příchod do kolektivky v r. 1972. Laco - OK3CIR mne tehdy přivítal a zároveň jsem tam poznal vynikající liškaře bratry Vasilkovce, Laca Točku, Martinu (omlouvám se za sklerózu, přece jen to bylo před 40 roky- HI) a další. No a tak jsem se díky Lacovi a později Ivanu Harmincovi z Blavy stal OK3-26511. Rovněž vzpomínám na Petera Rumana, "spolubojovníka".
